PredictionStrike | Experiences

PredictionStrike is developing a new product that allows users access to once-in-a-lifetime, exclusive experiences with athletes, celebrities, and brands. I was hired after the discovery phase was complete, ready to dive into the design process.

1. Create an easy, trusted checkout experience.

2. Make the site feel premium and exclusive to reflect the quality of the product.

Goals

DEFINE

Before beginning design work, I established two personas as a reminder of who we are designing for and to guide our decision making. Meet Karla and Dani!

Who are we designing for?

I also created a site map to establish must-need pages and features to consider when moving forward with the designs.

As we began the design process we wanted to keep a few key things in mind to create the best possible experience:

Moving forward

The checkout process needs to be easy, clear, and secure to inspire trust.

The design and aesthetic needs to feel premium, to reflect the quality of the experiences.

Including user reviews, feedback, and recaps can give a more accurate representation of what is being sold.

Easy categorization, navigation, and a thorough tagging system will help users find what they are looking for.

DESIGN

We went through multiple iterations of designs in low, medium, and high fidelity before settling on an MVP.

The design process

After months of designing and iterating we settled on a final design for our MVP. The website is currently being developed and will host a selection of a variety of experiences to test enthusiasm for the product. Moving forward, we are designing the administrative side of the product where brands will interact with the site to upload experiences and coordinate with consumers.
